We loved the location - right on Eyre Square with an inhouse bar/restaurant, cafes just steps away and a full sized grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the service (especially Niall at the front desk) was superb. There was water and REAL coffee service in the room-a bonus for us! We would stay here again.

Large, airy rooms, with great choice of coffee/tea and water provided. Comfy beds and very very friendly service. Also helps that there's a good pub with nice Guinness and good food downstairs. The hotel was nice and quiet, the pub is open until 2am but we couldn't hear the music etc. from our room. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Eyre Sq, lots of pubs and places to eat within a stone's throw. Also, a very reasonable price. Late check out was an added bonus too!

The staff at this hotel were super friendly…check in and out was a breeze and they were more than helpful with their knowledge of the area and the transportation system. The only downside was the cool aesthetic of the room left it a little dark in some places where light would have been nice. Also they varnished the floors in the night and when we woke up the smell was overwhelming. We felt we took one for the team there as it would likely be difficult to shut down the hotel to do upkeep such as this. The hotel is in a fantastic spot and everything was clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to friends

This property was very comfortable, close to shopping district. We liked the pub for dinner and the breakfast as well. Staff was very friendly and personable, they made our stay wonderful

This was the Best location for our stay in Galway! Rooms were spacious, clean, and had all amenities that we needed. Pub downstairs was a huge plus because we didn’t have to leave the property to have a night out for drinks. The little details from postcards, chocolate, and water was a huge plus! Can not recommend this place enough. Also easy if renting a car/parking at close parking garage
