Stayed for 2 nights. Clean and comfortable. Guest services were lovely and helpful. I would recommend Skeffington Arms to anyone who wanted to spend some time in a Galway. Thank you.

This was the Best location for our stay in Galway! Rooms were spacious, clean, and had all amenities that we needed. Pub downstairs was a huge plus because we didn’t have to leave the property to have a night out for drinks. The little details from postcards, chocolate, and water was a huge plus! Can not recommend this place enough. Also easy if renting a car/parking at close parking garage

Staff were very nice and the rooms were great. We were in a quiet room so the noise from the bar wasn’t too bad, but the walls were very thin, so the noise from other room(s) kept us up.

Service from front desk to housekeeping was impeccable! Decor of hotel and rooms were lovely! All amenities you could want are available... coffee, water, hair dryer, iron. Breakfast offers quality, hot selections. You may hear bar noise on weekends, but they make you well aware of that prior and during booking, and then offer earplugs in the rooms during your stay. We didn't find this to be any issue at all, as we always use a phone app for sleep sounds anyway. We had a perfect 5 night stay and will definitely stay again on future Galway ventures.

We stayed 2 nights in Galway and had a fantastic stay! Our room had windows overlooking the square, the front desk was helpful when we arrived before check-in, and the hotel bar was a lot of fun with live music. We also did breakfast one day which was easy, affordable, and delicious.

Excellent Staff, so friendly, location, in the heart, rooms, so convivial, food, delicious, entertainment, swell, and this building is so unique and beautiful!!! There is plenty of security, so there is no problems around the bar/party area!

This hotel is lovely really friendly staff always greeted with a smile hotel bed was so comfortable location couldn’t have been any better central in town and close to everything. We slept soundly didn’t hear any noise no earplugs required although they do supply them. Nice shower seriously no complaints we would definitely return to this hotel in the future we cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for 5 nights

Fabulous stay at Skeffington Arms. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds! No disturbance from bar at night, although would always recommend brining ear plugs for super light sleepers. Hotel is in a great location, approx 10min walk to Latin Quarter, were you can find the most incredible range of bars, pubs and restaurants. Thank you to the staff at Skeffington Arms for the very thoughtful touch to leave a bottle of prosecco and choccies in my dads room for his 65th birthday. We look forward to returning again!
