Ger*** Palace Hotel claims to be 4 stars, but the decoration facilities and the cleanliness of the room, food and drink are not up to this level, and the e-mails for inquiries and booking airport pick-up are often not responded or delayed. Severely late, obviously faulty ***agement, disappointing.

Excellent hotel. Good rooms. Nice decor. We had a wedding reception arranged. Event was well ***aged with excellent cooperation from Staff. Guests expressed pleasure at excellent food quality and service. A pleasurable experience.

We had a very excellent stay in Hotel Ger*** Palace with help of Deeksha being very helpful and made us comfortable in all ways. Jyoti madam also was helpful. Overall a very beautiful stay with clean rooms and quick service.

Firstly I would like to appreciate the professionalism with a hu***e touch that the entire staff whether front office, housekeeping or even the restaurant staff has exhibited, I must say it’s second to none. Special mention of Ms. Deeksha’s welcoming and ever ready to help demeanor and that of Chef Kunwar who actually ensured that my tastes were catered to with homely cuisines that suited me best in this one long stay.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, the rooms are spacious, well maintained and very clean and hygienic bathrooms. All the required amenities are present in the room. Food was also amazing and buffet breakfast was also good. I had a good stay in Gandhinagar at this hotel. Highly recommend.

The pillows were great the bed was awesome.. Food was good. Overall it was a great experience. The exterior and interior both were great. The lobby was also good. The entire staff were well behaved and amazing. You should definitely try this.
