I took stay with my family. We r very happy with service, food. Staff are very co oprative. We highly recommend to stay in Narayani heights when u visit Ahmedabad or u can take 2 to 3 days relex stay also. We are happy with all and sure will take stay again.

Dirty rooms
lazy and unprofessional housekeeping staff. Lousy breakfast
torn towels n dirty sheets
overall all staff needs training in etiquette and more importantly, how to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

Value for money but there are better options available in similar price with far better services. Rooms are large spacious and comfortable. Linens can be better cleaned and made more presentable. Great location for business travellers towards gandhinagar. This is a first 4 star hotel i experienced where the restaurant staff have meals with the guests and sometimes before even guests. Guests keep waiting and sometimes food is unavailable for the guests. Atrocious care of the guests in restaurant. Thing like fresh tea is served in 15 mins that too cold. Room phone was not working, lobby phones were not working missing, access cards regularly stop working. Over all an average and below standard experience from a 4 star category hotel.
