Las chicas de recepción son increíbles, super trabajadores y te ayudan en todo sobre todo anika,que desde el primer momento nos trató con un trato super familiar, ojalá todos los hoteles tuvieran alguien como ella lo recomiendo muchísimo un 10

He estado el fin de semana del 12 al 14 de Abril, y todo ha sido maravilloso, la comida excelente, el ultra todo incluido es una pasada con el chiringuito de la playa incluido. La animación del hotel muy atentos y profesionales, no nos han dejado descansar ni un momento con todas las actividades que tienen programadas tanto de día como de noche. Un saludo saludo muy grande a todos los de animación sois geniales al igual que todo el equipo que forma parte de la familia del VillaLuz. Nos volveremos a ver si duda.

Eligimos este hotel por sus buenos comentarios y la verdad me a decepcionado, las instalaciones normalitas, piscinas muy pequeñas pero eso sí con toboganes, las habitaciones no estaban mal la verdad pero llego la hora de las comidas y era penoso la poca variedad que había y lo malo q estaba todo, la bebida del todo incluido sí que era de buena calidad la verdad y los trabajadores del hotel muy amables y el chiringuito de la playa muy bien también. Yo la verdad que no volveré por que no es lo que yo busco en unas vacaciones.

We got there and had to wait about 2-3 hours for our room to be ready got to the room and it was a decent size and looked okay then I checked the bed and it was so uncomfortable I thought it would be fine then after a few days I was waking up feeling bruised from how bad the bed was. The food was the exact same stuff everyday was okay some of it some of it was inedible the breakfast was standard all inclusive breakfast not too great. The hotel is right next to the beach which is good but nothing else about there’s a few clubs that were empty all night no restraunts near by and the shops you had to walk about 25 minutes to find a decent one with some snacks. Not great for location at all closest things to do we’re in Benidorm not to far of a drive but would be expensive if you had to taxi. The entertainment was pretty boring apart from the parrot show that was actually quite good but if your looking for a hotel that you can eat in day and night and snacks and get a good night rest this is not the one

Estuvimos la semana de fallas y el ambiente fue muy familiar (últimos días más huéspedes de la 3° edad. Comida muy variada y bien cocinada, desde lo exótico a lo tradicional. Personal muy amable, haciéndote sentir como en casa. Limpieza estupenda.

Hemos estado alojados este finde de semana y la verdad que he salido encantada y con muchísimas ganas de volver de nuevo. En primer lugar el recibimiento por la animacion del hotel fue una sorpresa,hacíamos el precheking ya los peques les recibian con palomitas y música. Quiero agradecer a Patricia la chica de la comida rápida de la piscina por si amabilidad,te atendía siempre con una sonrisa y la rapidez a la hora de servirte de 10, Víctor y su compañera los camareros que hay en la zona de la piscina por su profesionalidad y simpatia otro 10,Sandra la chica que estaba por las tardes noches en la barra te atendia siempre con una sonrisa muy maja, y el equipo de animacion otro 10 por su amabilidad,profesionalidad y por hacwr de estas mini vacaciones un destino para repetir, me habian hablado de este hotel muy bien pero ahora que lo he probado es un 10 en todo desde que entras el primer dia hasta que sales el ultimo día,gran equipo,buena gestión grandes profesionales un saludo y espero volver Vero y familia

Es la tercera vez que vamos. Los empleados son muy amables. Todo está muy limpio y la comida es muy buena. Las habitaciones son grandes, los toboganes de la piscina estupendos. Con niños genial, hay muchas actividades y los animadores son encantadores. Volveremos
