朋友在入住的時候不慎把applewatch丟在了停車場，在**過程中需要調取酒店監控。前台小姐姐很配合，但是一個看着像老闆的人態度極差，不但阻止我們看監控還跟**説一個表值多少錢讓**別管了，説我們看監控影響他做生意，請問半夜十一點了一個客人都沒有怎麼影響你做生意了？**都不嫌麻煩，我們東西是在住你酒店的時候丟的，你還嫌麻煩上了？酒店性價比可以，但是差評就是給老闆的態度給的！另外點贊剛察城關派出所**，辦事效率極高，從**到把失物送還我們不到兩個小時，還是五一假期第一天，效率太高了！！！

酒店打掃不乾淨，有別人用過的紙團，馬桶用紙擦出來很臟。沒有瓶裝水，抽紙盒裡沒有紙，衞生間的一卷紙還是別人用過的沒換新的。我們定的豪華套房，和標間其實是一樣的，價格卻更貴，很差很差很差，住過最差的一個酒店。

房子設施非常老舊 ，門還不能反鎖 隔音非常非常差。主要廁所還是感應燈，上個廁所還要搞出點動靜不然就是黑的。
