"Negative review! I arrived at the Vienna Goncha Hotel at 9:30 PM. I had requested a room type I didn't want, preferably not an end room or one near the elevator, but upon arrival, I was told that the reserved room type was unavailable. After much communication, the hotel arranged what they claimed to be an upgrade to a deluxe twin room. However, the room was actually quite small and cramped, making for a mediocre experience. The next morning at breakfast, my child wasn't feeling well and had an upset stomach, so I specifically asked the staff for a takeout box to pack some breakfast for the journey. However, the front desk staff repeatedly refused, refusing to provide it despite my explanation that my child was unwell. I finally got the box after speaking with the male chef. Experiencing such rigid and impersonal service first thing in the morning was a terrible experience. I'm very disappointed with the hotel's service attitude and lack of flexibility. Also, look at this cold, unappetizing shrimp!"
