The location was good. The hotel was impressive. However, the rooms were a little tight. The worse thing was the air-conditioning which didn't work. Don't know if the temperature is all centrally set or what?Other than that, (the air-conditioning issue) it was a very nice stay. The staff were very good. Some of them spoke English perfectly, which is fantastic. They were also very helpful, which we appreciated.

Location for viewing the ocean is fantastic. We stayed 2 nights in the room with ocean view and lake view. Make sure to ask if corner room is available. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very courteous and prompt with requests. The view alone deserves 5 stars at this hotel. I would definitely be visiting here again.

It’s correct but it’s not really the service for a 4 starts hotel. Quality of the room is very average. The swimming pool and the view are good.

It was a good experience overall but the hotel is a little expensive compared to the amenities they provided. Well, the food was amazing.

Looking at the snow-covered sandy beach from the room of the "East Sea" oceanview was a very beautiful experience. I'll revisit. Thank you.

overall experience was decent, the location is the best part about this hotel. it was fairly crowded even on a weekday. the check in process was fine and the room quality overall was decent. the room and bathroom felt like it could need a deep cleaning. there is a infinity pool on the 20th floor and it was worthwhile, but they charge you an extra fee of ₩30,000 (masks mandatory). the breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, the majority of the food felt like it was low grade, and service was menial. the most disappointing part was the late night snack i chose to order from the BHC chicken place on the first floor. its crispy but there was literally so little meat, i was just eating the fried skin.. maybe because i went near closing time they gave me a bad batch, but overall super disappointing for the over marked price. there is also a small convenience store that stay open till 12am.

The hotel is very beautiful. The accommodation is right on the beach. The view is very beautiful. Convenient to travel. There are many restaurants to choose from.

It was a very satisfying hotel for a family trip during the holidays, with a great ocean view and a great hotel night view. It was a pity that we couldn't swim, but it was still great because the adults were satisfied and the beach was close enough to walk on the sandy beach, and Gyeongpo Lake was also close. It was just a pity that we couldn't see the sunrise on the east coast in the morning because it rained... The hotel itself was good.

This is my third visit and I enjoyed the breakfast and gym. I highly recommend Gangneung Hotel because it is a place that is always satisfying.

I stayed at the ocean view. The view was crazy. I was assigned to the 12th floor. I went there in early September, and the weather was so hot that they said it was off-season, but it was just like summer. So I got a discount at the infinity pool counter, and I went the next morning~ Wow, I was the first to arrive, took pictures, and swam. There were hardly any people in the morning. It would be good to bring a tripod. Be sure to bring one. In the morning, I could see the sunrise from my hotel room, and at night, I could see the sparkling stars from my hotel room, which was really nice. I went on a sudden vacation without thinking, but it was really nice. Gyeongpo Lake I healed while walking, and it was the best.
