Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to "basic" wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening.

Service is great. Rooms are bite dated. Good place to stay around if you want to enjoy activities of downtown.

Hotel was nice, guy at the front desk during check in was a little bit rude but I think he was just having a rough night. Overall good stay though.

Refrigerator not cold and coffee machine not working, the rest is ok

Fire alarm kept ringing in the morning. Had to go down multiple times to evacuate. Other than that service was good. Parking was expensive.

Really good and clean hotel

Seemed under staffed. Long wait times. Took 40 minutes waiting in line to check in. Long wait times with the servers were delivering room service while waiting on tables too. Our room was missing coffee items.

The room is quite big, although the facilities are a bit old, but it is well maintained, clean and meets basic needs. It is near Chinatown, so it is convenient to find food and go to Valley Park, but if you like lively people, I recommend staying near West Edmonton Shopping Mall.

Excellent hotel, good service, clean, modern, good view

The location is pretty good. I stayed for two nights, but there were a lot of homeless people downstairs. It was difficult to go out when it got dark, so I had to eat at the restaurant on the fifth floor. There is a free parking lot at the door, which is more convenient. It is closer to the river on foot during the day, which is convenient for travel. , many hotels nearby

Renovated from an old hotel, many of the facilities in the room are broken or damaged. There are a lot of homeless people around, and it's quite a distance from DT. It's okay to go out during the day, but you can't go out at night.

The room was much larger than I expected, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities in the room were complete. A very cost-effective hotel. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the rail transit.

It's okay, but it doesn't provide water, the room is big, and the breakfast is not bad. Generally speaking, it's pretty good? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
