it lacked cleanliness on all front bedsheets, windows, walls and floors too. staff is unprofessional and was arguing that it is normal for floor with termite dust where there’s wooden furniture.. kudos for make my trip to intervene and taking efforts for cancellation of booking and full refund.

Good thing is it is near to temple and beach. Bad thing is view outside the window was not good. Hygiene was average. Towels were not clean. Surrounding was also not clean. Room service was good. Behavior of hotel persons were also good. Restaurant was also very average to poor quality.

The rooms were not upto the mark as were described. Property was expensive compared to the facilities offered. Food quality was not upto the mark. More better options in the same price range are available. Rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were not maintained. Broken tiles, broken spray jets were there.
