新開業的豪華酒店，置身高州市新城區地標型玻璃幕牆大樓內，開車到地下負二層酒店專用停車場，直升梯上來十分方便。 日大堂夠高，進深顯得不夠，吊燈也很簡約普通，整體感覺一般般。 前台接待，服務很一般，帶小孩入住不會識別需求；到了客房電話叫送小童牙膏和童鞋，倒是送過來了。日本品牌高速電梯，上下嗖嗖的快，很贊！ 到客房樓層，客房門的設計，烤漆面板，鏡面反光的感覺太像寫字樓，誤以為到了商住兩用的綜合樓裏。 進入房間，才是這家酒店真正讓人感覺到贊歎的。房間智能化無需插卡取電，電動窗簾自動開啟。房間很大，卧室設計有別傳統，床頭玻璃窗外景，在超高層酒店，這樣的設計比較取巧。畢竟我們確實全程沒有看電視。可惜窗外風景一般般，畢竟縣級市。 最奢華的是洗手間，空間非常非常大，通鋪大理石，TOTO系列五金、花灑、智能馬桶，大浴缸、配浴鹽，戴森平替款萊芬吹風筒。 床品布草全系列康乃馨，舒適度很可以。新！乾淨！ 早餐在30樓，裝修簡約，景觀可以，出品中規中矩。滿懷期待體驗旋轉的，結果早餐不開，省電呢？可惜了。 樓下是潘州廣場購物中心，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。 總的來講，輪客房條件，可以説是茂名地區天花板的存在；輪酒店服務，中規中矩，畢竟沒有冠名連鎖品牌、自主管理。整體是很推薦的，性價比超高。在縣級市，這放在全國都是很高水準的酒店了。
