"It's already a pleasant surprise to find a Wyndham in Gaozhou, and true to form, Wyndham's quality proved reliable. The front desk proactively upgraded our room, which was spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was also very satisfactory."

"Not bad, average."

"This is a new hotel, which is integrated with Panzhou Square Lotus, and is convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel room is relatively large, with intelligent design throughout the house, and the design of the lights and light strips is very reasonable, which is a thumbs up👍. The bed is wide and long enough, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room is also very considerately equipped with a Japanese iron kettle and teacups. The only drawback is that it is equipped with Lipton tea bags, which lacks the fun of making tea. It is recommended to order the local Xindong small packaged tea and the loose tea of Chushuilong Green Tea to add to the fun of making tea. Breakfast is in the revolving restaurant on the 30th floor, but the breakfast does not revolve. Of course, you can also overlook the whole city and the rolling hills. Finally, the service staff has a very good attitude, and the words with a little accent have the characteristics of sincerity and enthusiasm of the people in western Guangdong, which really makes people feel at home. Come on!"

"The front desk actually asked me how much I paid for the reservation. Is there no training?"

"The hotel's facilities were quite good, and the rooms were nice too. We originally planned to take the kids to the hotel for a fun-filled holiday during the Chinese New Year, but several experiences were very unpleasant. 1. On the afternoon of the third day of the ***** New Year, we went to the hot springs. Despite the large number of tourists, only a portion of the hot spring pools were open, and the children's play area was also closed. 2. We planned to see the movie "Ne Zha" that evening, but after waiting for ages, it never started, and the bar stools smelled strongly of feet. 3. The most disappointing thing was that my wife, my husband, and we had booked a superior family room with two children, which included two breakfasts and two unlimited hot springs. My wife had clearly stated at check-in that we wanted to include breakfast and hot springs for two children, and the front desk informed us that there would be an extra charge. We paid a 300 RMB deposit, which would be deducted from the room. However, when we went for breakfast, my wife and the kids went in first. When I went in after finishing my cigarette, the restaurant receptionist told me that the room card had already been used, meaning I couldn't enter. I explained that I had already told the front desk and paid, and asked them to check again. They confirmed that there were indeed only two packages available. I, a grown man, was incredibly embarrassed at the front desk and had to call my wife to explain. In the end, they made me sign a new form before letting us through! The breakfast inside was really bad, and I had no appetite. My child ate a couple of bites and left."

"Stay at the Four Seasons Hotel and feel the warmth and comfort. The lobby is simple and elegant, the check-in at the front desk is efficient and convenient, and the staff are smiling and patiently answer questions. As you step into the room, the clean and bright environment instantly makes you feel happy. The bed is soft and just the right amount of fabric, as if it was tailor-made for a tired body and mind, allowing you to sleep soundly until you wake up naturally. The toiletries are of high quality and leave your skin hydrated and smooth after a shower. The hotel's breakfast is even more surprising, with a wide variety of options, including steaming buns, steamed bread, soft and sweet porridge, freshly baked bread, fried eggs and other Western breakfasts, paired with fragrant coffee or refreshing juice. Start a day full of energy. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. Whether it was the room cleaning lady or the waiter in the restaurant, they were all warm and thoughtful, making people feel like spring breeze. Here, every need can get a timely and considerate response. All Seasons Hotel truly makes guests feel at home, and I will choose it without hesitation next time I travel."

"Good service and good environment"

"Hahahaha, so good! Facilities: So good! ..."
