가격에 비해 시설이 매우 노후되었고 관리도 하지 않는 듯 합니다. 욕조 쪽 타일은 다 갈라져있고 수영장 물은 뭔지 모를 거품이 둥둥 떠다닙니다. 그리고 후라이팬도 너무 닳아서 더러워서 사용을 못 할 정도 입니다. 시설 관리 및 업그레이드에는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 느낌
