"Oh my god This is the best accommodation I have ever been to. I didn't expect much, but I went because the location was convenient and I heard there was a private BBQ area. However, everything was absolutely the best. The owner has great sense of service, and it has everything you could ask for in a glamping site. I was especially surprised by the private BBQ area. It has a separate refrigerator and Bluetooth, so it feels like I'm barbecuing while listening to great music!!!!!! This is a whole new world. Inside the glamping tent, there is an Inkel radio and CD player for music that stimulates the senses. The bedding is clean, and there is a private shower room fully equipped with high-end amenities, and I have never seen a glamping site that even provides toothbrushes!!!!!!!!!! The owner kindly lit our individual bonfires while we listened to the sound of the water at Gapyeong Stream and even decorated them with pretty flowers. Just staring blankly at the fire, I felt like all my hard work and struggles were completely compensated. After the sun rose, I brewed a cup of coffee, gazed at Gapyeong Stream, and listened to the sound of the water. It felt like such a healing experience; I was so happy. Actually, after seeing the comments, my husband next to me told me not to write them, saying that if this place I want to keep to myself becomes too well-known and famous, it will be hard to get a reservation. He said it’s a secret hideout just for us."

"Let me start by saying I chose this hotel as it was close to the Canadian memorial and hill 677 where Canada put a fierce resistance during the Korean war. My father fought here and I wanted to see it. The hotel room was small, very clean, and comfortable. The most amazing thing was the couple that owed it. They were so helpful and offered to drive me to the memorial, get me taxis, provided me coffee and cookies. Their hospitality was far above the 5 star rating I can give. P.s. I'm in my 60's and made it up the hill, walking to the fighting positions. I has a wonderful time here. Great people, very nice stay. Thank you once again. Highly recommended."

"We had an amazing time here! Three of us booked a tent for three people, it had bunk beds and a queen sized bed and slept us all very comfortably. You have a private bathroom and shower with additional bathrooms near the camp store. There’s a ton of fun snack and etc. to buy at the camp store and a ton of things you can use and take for free (only thing to note is you have to pay through bank transfer if the workers are not around). The owners were amazing and offered pick up and transportation to Seorak bus or train station. We papagoed any complicated communication but were able to talk mostly fine with our extremely limited Korean skills. Highly, highly recommend and I will definitely book here again!!"
