This main point of this home is its location - a walking distance from the Garden of Morning Calm! And it has some English word in the its title - therefore more accessible for non Korean searching for a home stay or pension near to the main attraction place - Garden of Morning Calm! Otherwise the exterior design of this home is less attractive compare to other homestays with Korean names around the vicinity. There’s a Seven Eleven store located less than 1km from the Pension.

Facilities: complete basic boiler, hot water, floor heating, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc., as well as coin-operated ktv machines. 10,000 won an hour. Hygienic: clean and tidy. Environment: Nature, mountains, water and woods, pets. Service: Carbon fire is an additional fee. Calculate 10,000 won per person according to the number of people, add 5,000 won for carbon, and sell siu-jiu at the hotel. Dogs receive 10,000 won per dog.

In the tent there was dirty heat floors not working and there was no pleasant smell.

방 내부는 괜찮습니다. 요나 이불, 베개, 수건 등 청결한 편이고 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 그러나 외부 및 복도 쪽, 바베큐존 등은 관리가 전혀 안 된 모습입니다. 바베큐도 그릴, 숯, 가위와 집게 하나가 제공될 뿐이고 모든 것을 객실에서 가져와야 합니다. 전자레인지 이용도 객실에서 하고 가져와야 하고 버너는 직접 가져와야 사용가능합니다. 객실과 바베큐존이 멀어서 매우 불편했습니다. (2층거리) 그리고 6월초에는 에어컨을 사용할 수 없는 것 같습니다. 이용할 때 문의해 보셔야 할 것 같네요. 전반적으로 지불한 금액에 적합한 서비스와 시설은 아니었다고 느꼈습니다.
