Beautifully located, modern and lovingly designed hotel. Super friendly and courteous staff, discreet but very attentive service. Requests or suggestions are implemented immediately. Very good breakfast offer. Great gourmet bistro/restaurant. Large car park. Well-designed wellness/SPA area. No wishes remain unfulfilled. The entrance area has just been remodelled, so access to the hotel was only possible via a narrow staircase above the restaurant entrance. However, it was immediately offered help with carrying luggage. Therefore, it was not a problem and completely acceptable. When fully occupied, the SPA area could be a little too small. The opening hours until 19:00 could also be extended a little more guest-friendly.

Very nice hotel with even nicer staff, the spa is amazing and the view when waking up…out of this world. Also, the restaurant is very high quality, we had an amazing dinner there. Thanks deville for the great stay, would definitely recommend.

We chose the Hotel de Ville for a short family stay. We appreciated: - the modern and not too large structure - the spacious, clean triple room with a well-furnished and spacious outdoor terrace - the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff - the restaurant with a spectacular view, fresh flowers on the tables (for the top was only missing a candle) and dishes with attention to the smallest details, the sommeiler's advice - a varied breakfast with fresh fruit and extractor.

My partner and I stayed one night at this hotel. It was a super positive experience. Extraordinary welcome at the reception and excellent friendliness from all the other staff. Excellent food, room with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake, top cleanliness, very beautiful spa. Even though we didn't use it because it was winter, there was a beautiful outdoor infinity pool and an excellent breakfast with both sweet and savory options. They also offered us an aperitif in the late afternoon on the day of arrival and we were also given the opportunity to have a free late check out by 6pm, instead of 11am! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful small hotel with a great spa area and super warm whirlpool overlooking the lake. It was great that we were allowed to stay in the hotel and room until 6 p.m. on the day of departure at no extra charge! Great breakfast! Lake Garda is worth a trip even in winter!
