We booked a gourmet getaway package and on arrival we were upgraded to a suite with a lake view which was a lovely surprise. We had free access to the spa facilities which were some of the best we’ve used, the outside pool area was very welcome as the weather was very hot for April so we were able to enjoy lying out in the sun, the outside pool wasn’t heated so we swam in the indoor pool instead. We had the tasting menu at the Patio restaurant which delicious and well explained by the staff. The hotels location is superb with gated parking next to the hotel at the rear.

Hotel molto bello Personale molto cortese e professionale. Posizione ottima Cibo ottimo sia nel ristorante dell'albergo e nel ristorante gourmet. Veramente bella la spa con personale competente e gentile Consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vogliono passare un periodo di relax .

Hotel accogliente a 2 passi dal lago. SPA rinnovata da poco, grandissima con piscina, 2 saune, 1 bagnoturco, angolo tisaneria ecc ecc...la piscina esterna non era ancora in funzione. Colazione a buffet non eccessivamente varia ma a completamento c'è un menù alla carta che compensa la cosa.

Hotel bellissimo con arredamento in stile antico e materassi molto comodi. Rapporto qualità-prezzo top per mezza pensione. Buonissima la cena e la colazione: la mia compagna era incinta e hanno avuto grande attenzione. Ottima anche la parte "benessere", spa e bagno turco.

Quattro stelle a mio avviso sono esagerate e anche se mi sono trovato bene ho trovato poca differenza rispetto ad altri posti di pari livello dove sono stato in passato. Le stanze sono spaziose,il centro benessere e la piscina riscaldata accessibili senza limite di tempo anche il giorno del check out peccato che l’acqua della piscina riscaldata sia solo a 30 gradi ( 2 gradi in più non farebbero male ) Personale gentile e cibo ricercato (buoni sopratutto i dolci) La colazione oltre al buffet propone piatti preparati sul momento. Diciamo che sono rimasto soddisfatto ma da un quattro stelle mi aspettavo qualcosina in più.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un we in questa struttura ben tenuta e in posizione splendida a pochi metri dal lago. L'hotel è pulito e curato e offre stanze spaziose e ben arredate. Molto bella anche la SPA recentemente ristrutturata ed ampliata. Ottima cucina sia per la cena che per la colazione ed attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti come ad esempio le intolleranze alimentari. Personale molto gentile, simpatico e sorridente. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei

Eravamo una famiglia di 9 persone per 6 giorni e tutti abbiamo adorato questo hotel! Per quanto mi riguarda è stato il secondo soggiorno e ne sono ancora felice. La posizione è ideale La biancheria da letto è molto buona Le camere sono ben arredate e pulite ogni giorno La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff! La qualità della colazione a buffet ma anche con scelta à la carte I massaggi sono divini E la parte migliore è la piscina coperta, l'hammam, la sauna! Grazie a tutti Lo consiglio al 100% e tornerei volentieri

we had a week here the last week of October wow absolutely brilliant hotel. We did upgrade the room so we had a balcony, the room was spotless and very nice. You do have to ask for a kettle for tea and coffee making in your room but this was delivered very quickly. The front of house staff are amazingly friendly and polite, The food is amazing and the restaurant staff are also equally as good Matteo who served us was absolutely brilliant and cannot do enough for you i really cannot say how good the food is here and the wine list is also wow. Just want to say thank you for a brilliant stay and me and my wife loved your hotel thank you
