This was a very comfortable, immaculately clean hotel. The service was very friendly and accomodating at all times during my 5 night stay. The water for bathing and showering was perfectly hot enough to adjust the temperature as needed. The coin-operated washers had plenty of hot water and the driers were hot enough to dry an average load thoroughly in 45 minutes. I attribute the overall excellence of the hotel to it being a family constructed and maintained property. I highly recommend a stay here if comfort is your main objective after traversing through Yellowstone!

Wonderful place. Very friendly staff. The beds were beyond comfortable. We will be back. We have found a great motel use as a base for our trips to Yellowstone. Plenty of outlets. VERY Clean. Beautiful grounds.

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Yellowstone! While it's not 'fancy' it's comfortable, clean, unpretentious, and welcoming. This is our second time staying here, and we loved it so much last time that we brought some of our family with us this time! They love it as well. Not only is it everything that I previously stated but it's also close to the park... and not far from Lamar Valley, which is where you can see all sorts of wildlife! It's amazing!

The Yellowstone Village Inn was awesome! The first time we walked in, you felt like you were home. It is family owned & they all work there. Talk about customer service-this is the place to be! All were friendly & the motel was so clean! I enjoyed my coffee visits in the mornings. I wish I could give them a higher rating because everything was surperb!

Friendly staff who helped me with my laptop WiFi connection. Convenient public kitchen facilities. Wd can make tea and coffee every morning and night while staying there. Spacious rooms. Great location. So it is easy to drive to all the tourist attractions.

We only stayed 2 nights in Gardnier at the Yellowston Village Inn but wished we had stayed longer. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt welcomed from checkin to checkout. We loved the locally owned aspect and their dedication to please their guests was obvious. The rooms are small and certainly not new but our room was the cleanest room we've ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable. There is a small refrigerator in the room which was the perfect size. There is a tea & coffee bar with all the accompaniments plus a microwave and even a table and chairs if you want to heat something up and not eat in your room. The coffee was freshly brewed before we left for the Lamar Valley at 6am. Such a treat on a 27° morning!!! There is also ample parking. Considering we spent practically zero time in the room except to sleep it was the perfect location for exploring the northern end of Yellowstone. And, the price was excellent!!!!

This hotel is owned and run by family, and it is evident when you enter the building. There are benches, shelves, and other decorations actually hand crafted by the owners! It is absolutely beautiful and one of my favorite places to stay. The attitude of the staff toward guests is amazing. Everything was extremely clean and as a bonus, there were elk grazing in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great stay here from Sept 29-Oct 4. Super nice place and friendly staff, quick check-in. Didn't get to enjoy the view since we were up and out before dawn and back at night. We stayed on the second floor facing the parking lot. No elevators but we had no problem carrying our luggage up. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and water pressure was better than most. Very quiet as well. Bonus the hair dryer is actually full-size, not one of the tiny hotel ones! Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Gardiner!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 5/31. I had prepaid on *******. Got home and I have charge of $60 direct from the hotel. I called them and they said I booked the room for only 2 adults and that they charged $30 for each of my CHILDREN for the night. I have never run into this in all my travels. I'm leaving this review so others won't be surprised. For the hotel price and over charge we could have stayed at a nicer hotel and went out to breakfast. Their breakfast is just a sack with a muffin, yogurt and granola bar. I would not recommend this place.
