Room was updated to some degree. The bathroom was divided into 2 parts where there was a shaving and makeup area and the other area was the shower and toilet behind a door. I never liked entering a room from outside but felt safe doing it from here. The customer service was the best I've ever seen and I've seen a lot.

This Hampton was clean! Everything in its place and clean as a whistle! We normally stay elsewhere when we’re in Hot Springs but will be moving to this Hampton next visit as well. Breakfast was fast and fresh as well as tasty. We stayed two nights and it was a little different each morning which I found refreshing. Tracy, who was responsible for the breakfast set up was so friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

It is the only full service all suite property in Hot Springs. On-property outlets include Spa Botanica, Cascades restaurant and the Marketplace Gift Shop. Candlewood Suites, Hot Springs AR - There were so many things wrong with this stay I wanted to alert others. When we arrived our rooms weren't ready. We patiently waited in the lobby as others were checking in ahead of us. After 30+ minutes one of the attendants decided they could switch our rooms with guests who hadn't arrived yet. The rooms were decent sized and seemed clean so all was well, or so we thought. Our mattress had a LARGE sunken in place in it. After the check in issues I decided not to even complain. I just slept on the side of the mattress and made do. The next morning there was no coffee in the lobby or any for the rooms. As we were checking out the same hotel staff was there as when we checked in and she wanted to argue with us about putting one room on my card and the other on my friend's card. She finally agreed and said I would have the incidental charge for both rooms on my card for X amount of days until it cleared. I agreed and we both checked out. Well I guess in the end the hotel clerk won because I got charged for both rooms and trying to get someone on the phone or to answer an email has been impossible. Candlewood suites has non existent customer service.

The hotel is near Lake Hamilton, Hot Thrings, with a good view and friendly staff You can eat coffee and tea for free in the hotel restaurant in the morning and have a coffee maker and microwave in the hostel.

Great location. We upgraded to the best king room. It was huge, very clean, updated good bathroom...but only one chair. No table to sit drinks on. Not worth the cost for the upgrade. The room was quite warm at night, too warm to sleep well, and the temp didn't seem to change despite any changes to the thermostat. The breakfast at the hotel was good, but quite expensive. The roof top bar/grill was really fun - great views, and generally less expensive than breakfast.
