Check In and Out very slow.
Dinner at the hotel terrible and expensive.
Breakfast terrible: Tables not clean, to less staff , was more feeding of a army.

charmant hotel acceuil fort agréable, bons repas avec un très grand choix; belle piscine . Personnel aux petits soins pour nous. Hotel à recommander bien situ" géographiquement. Avons pu visiter beaucoup de lieux touristiques. Les magnifiques chateaux de Louis II de Bavière;

Schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Überwiegend sehr freundliches Personal, die Anzahl der verschieden Nationalitäten verwundert dann aber doch schon. Gutes Frühstück und guter Spa Bereich. Leider hat die Hotelbar doch schon sehr zeitig zugemacht.

Das Hotel ist sowas von in die Jahre gekommen , furchtbar , völlig abgewohnt, nicht nur das Zimmer, auch das Bad und vor allem der „Frühstücksraum“ , das Hotel gehört dringend renoviert! Dann wäre der Zimmerpreis auch gerechtfertigt. Das Frühstück war okay, wenn auch sehr oldschool. Ein großes Plus ist die Lage vom Hotel, liegt wirklich top.
Spa ist natürlich auch in die Jahre gekommen, der Aufguss Mann im Spa ist super, das war es aber auch schon.
Also das Hotel ist ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel.
Kleiner Tip noch , Auto besser an der Seilbahn stehen lassen, dort zahlt man nur 5 Euro für 24h statt 10.50 Euro auf dem Hotelparkplatz..

Wir besuchen das Hotel Hammersbach seit vielen Jahren immer wieder vor allem wegen der hervorragenden Lage mit quasi eigenem Bahnhof an der Zugspitzbahn, so dass man das Auto während des Aufenthalts stehen lassen kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Es mehren sich jedoch Kritikpunkte, die den Gesamteindruck merklich trüben: Ein Teil der Zimmer könnte mittlerweile ein fresh up gut vertragen (Haus „Werdenfels“). Die im Internet noch beworbene Kellerbar „Endstation“, ein liebenswertes Relikt aus der Vergangenheit des Hotels und ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal, ist scheinbar jetzt auch Freitag/Samstag nicht mehr geöffnet. Besonders ärgerlich sind die mit 10,50 € pro Tag unangemessen hohen Kosten für einen Außenparkplatz (!)

Toll gelegenes Hotel mit einem wirklich ausgezeichnetem Service. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet und ein großer, gut ausgestatteter Wellnessbereich lassen den Aufenthalt zu Füßen der Zugspitze einfach nett werden.
