I was surprised to find out that there are no staff stationed at the hotel past 8pm, despite my check-in voucher stating that the latest check-in time is 11pm. I do not like the experience as I arrived Nimes after a nearly 3-hour train delay and I was expecting that I could get into my room without much of a hassle. However, there was no staff at all when I entered the reception hall. I was shocked and luckily with the help of other residents I was able to call the staff and they advised how I could collect my key. I was lucky but it is possible that other customers in similar situations may not be so lucky.

Personnel très agréable. Tout à été fait pour que notre séjour reste agréable. Néanmoins, une pointe de ménage plus minutieux serait bienvenu. Manque de parking.

Nuit désagréable, le lit n'est pas confortable,des creux dans le matelas.le lit complètement défoncés en dessous. Le lit n'est pas vraiment fait pour deux personnes, on s'enfonce sur la jonction des deux matelas. Concernant la propreté de la salle de bain, les joints sont sont crade et le reste sans commentaires. A mon arrivé la chasse d'eau n'était pas tiré. Présence d'urine. Merci de cette accueil. Svp faite un effort et changer l'odeur des parfum dans les couloirs. C'est pas agréable.
