"I stayed in a long-term rental hotel when I was studying, and when I came back I was filled with memories. But I have to say it's just average. The facilities are very old and a bit dirty. The bed creaked and I couldn't even turn over. The bathrooms are also very run down and the equipment is still the same as it was ten years ago. We were staying in a short-term rental, so there should have been normal housekeeping, but there was none, and we even had to change the garbage bags ourselves. If it weren't for the memories, it wouldn't be worth it. It is quite convenient, right next to the train station."

"visited Le Pré Galoffre for a couple of nights whilst on a work trip in the area. I found the hotel to be of good quality, with very good service throughout. They kindly offered to prepare an early breakfast to accommodate our early departure, which was much appreciated. The setting is pleasant, and the tree-lined driveway up to the entrance makes a very nice first impression. Breakfast was good, with a nice continental selection. The rooms were decent, although they lacked heating, so I imagine they could feel a little cold in winter. The main drawback was the bathroom design, as water from the shower tends to spill onto the floor unless you angle it carefully. That is a minor design flaw rather than a major issue, though."

"New Hotel in Nimes still being completed so have to make allowances as many facilities were not available. Visited Day 3. Staff friendly, room clean. Good location. Restaurant served excellent food so we will return. Think we were one of the first customers. Expecting this to get good future reviews. Breakfast good . Better breakfast than Le Grand Hotel Dieu ( next door which we also visited opening week) Particularly liked that the Scrambled Egg was cooked in small batches so not dry like a lot of hotels who leave it for hours in containers. Excellent fruit juice, coffee and fresh patisserie."

"Horrible experience. It was 35C outside and at least 40C in our room. The aircon seemed to be stuck on heating. The room was old and shabby. No way this is a 4* hotel. We were informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed for 2 weeks (annual closure). Staff were friendly though."
