Best bed ever! Very comfortable linens, mattress and pillows! Towels were a bit old but very clean!
The swimming pool is just good… kind of cold but a little warm, but not enough! So it is not comfortable being on the jacuzzi at all… and every 5/7 minutes, have to get out of the water to restart the engine…
Saunas and spa were really good!
Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties that we don’t see often in hotel in the UK. Fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, breads and all the hot british breakfast dishes.
Near a lot of restaurants and shopping locations
Would be back again to this same place

The appearance of the hotel is high-end, but the interior bar is slightly lacking. The towels are a bit old and sometimes have strings on them. The faucet in my room was small and the air conditioner didn't heat. Report the problem to customer service. I promised you that it would be fine, but then nothing happened and you had to respond again.
Although the breakfast has not many varieties, the quality is good.
Also, why do most hotels put up environmentally friendly signs but don’t implement them? The towels were hung and collected every day.
