My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in March for my birthday trip to Gatlinburg. The price for the room was reasonable considering its location to the main *****. The parking lot was a little tight especially for it being the middle of the week. Inside, the hotel appeared clean and staff was friendly. Our room was accessible so it was spacious, clean, and updated. The blinds did well to block the sunlight. The bathroom was large and the lighting was awesome. Due to the accessible shower, water did get all over the bathroom but that wasn’t the end of the world. Our room was missing the hair dryer but luckily I had one packed. Beds were very soft, the blankets were thick, and the pillows were comfy. We went down for breakfast twice, typical hotel options (waffles, eggs, meats, pastries, cereal, juice, coffee). There were lots of guests at breakfast and kept running out of eggs and meat, but staff were doing their best to keep foods stocked. The pool was closed as it was only March. Either way, it was a nice stay and we’d book again.
