It was on top of the mountains. The view was okay. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

I am very satisfied with the room. The only bad thing is that the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. I went back to the hotel in the evening and called customer service before a clean one was delivered. The speed was very fast. Overall, I am satisfied.

Great hotel! Close to Great Smoky Mountains National park and has an excellent view of the town of Gatlinburg. Ronnie at front desk was very friendly and helpful, he went the extra mile to help all the guests. We stayed there twice and will stay again if we are back in town.

Pet friendly - absolutely beautiful property. We loved the art gallery on premises. Our room was wonderful and the staff was remarkable. We will stay here again for sure!

Joan at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Our room was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were lots of fun! We loved the free trolly and not having to worry about parking in town! I would highly recommend the Park Vista for a great getaway to Gatlinburg!!

Staff was friendly and the property is very beautiful. Not sure why the guests have to pay to park on property it’s not like you get valet service. Overall the stay was great minus the additional expense for parking.
