I am very satisfied with the room. The only bad thing is that the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. I went back to the hotel in the evening and called customer service before a clean one was delivered. The speed was very fast. Overall, I am satisfied.

You have to pay $14 everyday you’re there for parking when the lady told only $15 once so my bill was an extra $60 on top of what I thought it was going to be. Nice pool and slide and some of the staff was friendly

We were woke up at 12am by loud people next door. Ten rings to get staff to complain. 30 minutes later staff told them to quiet down. They became louder until 2am. At check out manager on duty simply said sorry. At $228 for 1 night overpriced and unresponsive.

Loved the pool , hot tub , and lobby! Rooms were clean.. .. bed was a little hard for us and windows need blackout drapes.. but we loved the view and the whole experience overall. Price was great also.. will stay again..

Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. But what overshadowed the view was the loud rattle of the fan blower below, which we could hear from the 10th floor. Think of it as a freight train running by the hotel nonstop all day and night. When we mentioned it to the manager and showed him a video of its sound, he brushed it off, as did the maintenance manager. They did offer us a cheaper room on the other side, but you could still hear the sound. We were forced to keep our balcony doors shut for five days to drown out the motor's constant rattle. Even with the air conditioner running, sleep was a challenge. Eventually, we had to concede defeat and cut our stay short. I would avoid this hotel until they fix the blower noise, but don’t hold your breath; it doesn’t seem to be a priority.

View is awesome. Waited in line for 1 hour just to check in. I was never told i will be charged $15 per day till i was checking out that is when i was told by the guy. We have been going to Gatlinburg for 9 years now. Hotel is 10mins drive to downtown Gatlinburg, even though the hotel website says you can walk to downtown. First you pay Hilton $15 parking daily, then you go park in downtown and pay $20 parking. Not Walkable like the website says it is.
