The hotel is in a good location. It's not new but it's fine. The biggest problem is your booking for the room. You also get charged for parking and service fees. Expect to pay $30 to whatever they decide to charge you for the extras at check in. I HATE HIDDEN FEES

The last time we visited this hotel, the door was left wide opened before we got to the room? Given a key & told to go to this room & the door was opened & bugs were all over the place inside? We did ask for a differ room, but early am, we could hear the staff & the rolling out with th cart/carts right outside our door, but we hadn't had a problem last time we were there, where we were so surprised this time?

Location was excellent, our room was clean and nice, we enjoyed the fireplace. Overall it was a nice room for the price. The breakfast looked really nice, but Overall the taste was just not good.

Horrible. Smelled like mildew. No smoke detector. Handicap railing to get into shower moves freely like it is about to fall off wall. The toilet ran for at least five minutes after flush. There is bear that likes to eat trash five feet away from guest rooms. Lights didn’t work. There was something on the wall that looked like an orange extension cord wrapped in electrical tape. Just overall poor maintenance of the property. Room 102 near checkin building. Also, front desk should learn so communication skills. One guy said inappropriate things and another just seemed like anything you said to him was a burden to him.

Run away from this one,extra charger per pet,parking fee that doesn't show once you reserve the room thru the app,place it is not in a great condition

This hotel is amazing! I stayed there with a few friends and it was so clean and comfortable. The walk from the hotel to Gatlinburg was incredibly accessible so we were able to go out without worrying about parking or anything. The staff is friendly and the beds are so comfortable.
