Cleaing condition is terrible as well as smell. my son found the receipt of walmart from previous visitor. bath was too dirty that made my family unconformtable. I was very lucky to stay only night at the time!!!

I came to visit the Great Smoky Mountains and found this hotel from Ctrip.com. It is very cost-effective and has a good geographical environment. It is close to the main street of Gatlinburg town and is convenient for travel. The receptionist is an Indian, warm and kind, responsive to all requests, and the breakfast is rich.

Going to the Great Smoky Mountains, staying in this hotel is not bad. The price is cheap and the facilities are good. The morning is a hot breakfast. feels pretty good in general

Property is in a state of renovation. Debris around stairs and parking lot. Was advised to let hot water run for 30 minutes to reach desired temperature. Wait till construction is complete before staying.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was small but clean. Road noise was loud but our room had a great view of downtown. Outside of the hotel looked outdated but for the price it was perfect. Breakfast was pretty decent with plenty of seating space.

I traveled here with my soccer team from across the state for a tournament and the hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating to all of our needs. They allowed us to room the team all on the same floor so we could stay together and let us use their kitchen to fill up our water jug. They made it a great experience for us.
