The WiFi wasn’t great. There was mold in the bathtub and the toilet water ran all night. The noise was bothersome. Tho checkin it was a bit confusing as to where the office was, but the considere was helpful in directing us to him and was very welcoming.

The prices were so jacked up for NYE holiday. Supply & demand I guess. No frills room for sure. They gave plenty of towels and made them accessible to guests in lobby. Nice! Do not take a shower at peak time. Our shower head and faucet in tub needed to be replaced. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

As always, check in was fast and easy. Very great front desk staff. Room was exactly what I needed. I really feel at home always. It's quiet and close enough to really have a great time without worrying about traffic.

The bed isn't great! It's ok to have a place to sleep the bed was clean and the sink and toilet was clean but not the shower! The shower had mold on it and the tile grout looked dirty. The owners /managers were very nice! There isn't an elevator and no steps but the ramp was so very steep I'm not sure an elderly person could make it up. We're 65 and have a few issues like knees and backs. and we had a hard time. Getting up and down that ramp.

This was a great last minute option for my stay in TN. I do wish for future tenants that the owners realize they need to specify that both carrs and country town are now under the same ownership somewhere on the directions to the office, thus both offices are combined on the carrs property. We walked around for 15 min on the country town property trying to figure out where the office was before having to call for clearer instructions.

At First We Pulled Up I Thought Nope…. But Then We Got In Our Room And It Was Small But Darling !!!! No Steps To Go Up They Have A Ramp To The 2nd Floor !!!! Ended Up Loving It

My wife and I went down to Gatlinburg this past weekend for our anniversary. We stayed Friday and Saturday night at the Country Town N suites. We had room 227. Upon coming in from a night of entertainment, as soon as we came in the room we saw COCKROACHES coming out of the bathroom and where the sink was. This happened Friday and Saturday night. When management was told about this, they offered no refund or apologies whatsoever and was told they knew about the issue and that they would have someone to come spray the room. So we had to leave most of our belongings there and suitcases as we did not want to risk bringing COCKROACHES home to our home. DON NOT STAY
