The room is nice, but the service is bad. I was even turned away because the receptionist didn't know I was a guest. They don't speak English. To let a friend of Antep who is helping me with the study of the Turkish language up to my room for a couple of hours, I had to pay an extra amount of 350 tl. Absurd!!! Worse than staying in Iran. I WANT MONEY BACK!!

The location of the hotel is perfect, almost all historical places of Gazientepin can be reached on foot, but the street of the hotel is not very reliable.
We had a choice of non-smoking rooms, but the room they gave us had a very strong smell of cigarettes.
We had breakfast at another hotel right next to it. For a hotel in this segment, the breakfast was excellent.
