Het hotel is echt perfect! De kamers worden elke dag super schoongemaakt en het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en lief. Het animatieteam is echt heel erg leuk en je kan je hier elke dag vermaken. Het zwembad is goed, het eten is goed, het drinken is goed. Je zit ook midden in het centrum van Alanya en alles is op loopafstand. Je steekt de straat over en je bent op het populaire Kleopatra strand. We hadden ook mooi uitzicht op de zee en de drukke straat van Alanya, ontzettend leuk om even iets te zien vanaf het balkon. Het enige nadeel is dat er een kast zit op het balkon die warmte uitblaast van de airco, het is dus erg warm om daar even relaxed te zitten, aangezien het buiten al 30+ graden is. Verder heb ik niks aan te merken op dit hotel en is het perfect voor een verblijf. Wij zaten in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. En een tip voor als je even lekker wil relaxen: ga naar de hamam spa in het hotel! Hele vriendelijke vrouwen die je masseren en je een nieuw huidje geven door het goed te scrubben. Goed om te doen voor je bruin wil gaan bakken dus!

Me and my partner recently visited this hotel. To start off it was lovely with very nice staff. On our last night we checked at reception what time we needed to check out by, the next morning we were called from reception at 11 o’clock the morning off telling us we had to be out the room for 12 and to remember room cards and towel cards , I understand this is standard practice but for no use of the words ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ is highly unprofessional. We went down to reception at around 11:30, the man behind the desk said he “had” to cut off our all inclusive wristbands (I have never had this in any all inclusive resort ever) so found it rather odd, after this we tried to get a drink since we hadn’t eaten or drank anything since the night prior, and found out that was not possible due to having no band anymore, meaning we had to eat and drink up the road in the shopping centres cafe. We didn’t get picked up to go to the airport until 5 o’clock in the afternoon, upon getting picked up we seen two other men from our hotel… they still had their wristbands on! Our rooms also wasn’t cleaned daily as I have experienced in other all inclusive resorts, bedding was changed once in the 10 days we stayed. When we were home we contacted our travel agents who got in contact with the hotel and of course they denied everything, painting us out to be liars. It’s really unfortunate because we had a really great time up until this happened.

For a first time stay in a All Inclusive Hotel, it was pretty amazing. Very good Location, if you don't want to be stuck only in the Hotel area. Sea, restaurants, shops and Bazars all around 5-10-15min walking. Food was really good and had so many choices, every day was something little different. Room was clean and nice. Service at the hotel itself and bar was really good and happy, but if you want to complain a little, some of the kitchen staff was little moody and not friendly. Luckily did not have to face them so often. Animation was fun and creative, Guys did a really amazing job makeing everyone feel welcome. Keep up the good work i would say. Pool was big enough with the 2 slides, allthough would expect the water to be little more warmer, specially for kids. Overall it was a really good trip 🌴

Es war ein ganz guter urlaub nur die Alkohol Qualität war nich die beste. Ansonsten war der service und das Animateur team vor allem zeus und cesar machen ganz gute veranstaltungen. Ansonsten war das essen super und die Sauberkeit vom hotel war auch toll.

Very Rude staff. Only 1 min over, and they didnt let take pancakes for babies. Better is a screaming babies than one pancake to give. They hadnt take them away, but still didnt get any. Hopefully they enjoy crying :) Hotel is beautiful, but needs New staff.

This was the first time i have been in a proper hotel. The experience was very pleasent. As a person from the service industry , this hotel service is one of the best ones i've seen, food is great, drinks are great, but the jamaican boy ( Zeus ) is the most extroverted and kind one i have seen in a while.

The photos look beautiful, but in the photos you cannot see that there is no variation in the food... yes there is variation! If you like it lukewarm and boring..... oh and Spaghetti Bolongesse that's there every day! Rooms are small but ok. Staff interact more with each other than with the guest. Example! At the bar you order white rum coke zero without ice... they serve brown rum coke regular with ice... if you say something, you sigh deeply and they start again. I actually experienced this twice every day! Beds by the pool are tightly next to each other. At least not for us anymore. We either go to Grand Zaman Beach or to Havan Apart Otel where they are super friendly!

Perfect location especially as you have a massive beach right opposite the hotel. Friendly staff mostly from the barmen of course. We went all inclusive and food was fine but we went out a lot and enjoyed authentic Turkish food. Hotel has been renovated so everywhere is clean and rooms are pretty good to be fair. ( ignore reviews that say hotel is not clean as it’s brand new)!! Only issue we had was the lack of water in your room, all inclusive at the bar all day for alcohol but not water which is surely cheaper for them?!?! All in all was lovely and you must visit the castle up the sky lifts, trainers are a must!! Soak in as much street Turkish food as you can!! Thanks and we may well be back soon!!
