Hello,  My name is Rasmus, and thank you that we can visit your city.   We have a stay at your place from this Thursday to Sunday. Its a very Nice room we have on 212 and we like it alot.   Now im also sorry to say that we had some bad momements also & it has not been so satisfied.  -Last night it was cold in the room and we couldn't get it higher than 20 degrees. Your staff then gave us another room but it was the same. So we waited 2hours for the room to get better but with No luck, so we just sleep in the cold.  -It was Nice that your staff tried to help and do it good for us. But your aircondition does not work at all...  I was down at the reception this morning and mentioned it all. They would sort it out, they said. But now we have come home this evening at 9pm and nothing has been done apart from we can borrow a radiator. So we try with that, and I guess its fine and better than nothing.   When we come up to the room this evening, it has not been cleaned! There is a lack of cleaning and new towels as well as water and coffee. Soooo thats many mistakes happening and we are kind of sad about this. Your staff is sweet and nice but there have been too many inconveniences than I Would like to Think about on vacation. What Can we figure out?
