Quality Hotel Bayside Geelong

Possibly the best value stay ever. The rooms were generous, modern bath and kitchen and very clean. Stay very friendly. Great stay.

Impeccable rooms and extraordinary service make for an unforgettable experience. A resounding recommendation! Initially visited for business, but I'm eagerly anticipating a return with friends and/or family to share in the delight.

the full apartment we had was wonderful. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were the best. The beach walkways are across the street and go for several kilometers. A supermarket is within walking distance. There were enough dishes for two people to prepare and eat meals in the apartment.

We were very surprised how spacious the rooms were. The bathroom was nicely renovated, and it had a full-size kitchen in the suite. Staff were very friendly and booked a taxi for us later that evening. Good location, nice areas to walk around.

The staff were all most friendly and helpful - the best we have encountered in Australia. Our room was pleasant, clean and comfortable, with a bath as well as the shower. It had a good view, overlooking the sea, and was only a short walk from the city centre. A very enjoyable stay.

Great location. Accommodation upgraded to apartment style. Bedroom and bathroom excellent and kitchen with everything needed. Building works in progress but ear plugs provided if needed! Continental breakfast only but very good. This hotel will be amazing when all building works completed but meanwhile still worth a stay.

Wonderful location and friendly staff. Excellent bay views and very comfortable rooms. Nice gifts offered for return stay and very much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely stay again when visiting Geelong or region.

We were really fortunate to receive a room upgrade on this trip - THANK YOU!!! The room itself was excellent - a fully self contained apartment with cooking facilities, dining table, lounge area and a balcony that overlooked the water. There was also an ensuite in addition to the regular bathroom. Location was a huge feature of this motel - walking distance to downtown Geelong. They also had free bike use for anyone who likes a cycle. The venue is undergoing some major renovations so parking was at a premium. I can also see noise being an issue if you were staying midweek - this wasn’t an issue for us. Our only ‘drama’ (which is super trivial) was the intermittent wifi connection which impacted the ability to stream onto the TV - the streaming capability was advertised in the room but unfortunately worked sparingly. Looking forward to staying here again.
