"Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!"

"An overall relaxing and peacefully stay. The view looking over the vineyard is remarkable. The amenities and breakfast provided were more than enough. The 10:00am checkout though is a bit rush as other properties would usually have a 11:00am checkout."

"01/1/26 $178. Stayed one night. Never again. The place was despicable, rubbish outside lower room areas, dried spilled liquid on concrete lower storage area, collected bed/linen sacks overflowing with some on the ground, refuse everywhere around steps to upper level, one upper level exit staircase closed off (huge fire danger evacuation issue), very ratty carpets, unclean mirror, squeaky entry door (hear it across the car park), otherwise clean bathroom but exhaust fan/light inoperative, curtain ripped, AND THE MANAGER JAMES? HAD A VERY POOR ATTITUDE, VERY ABRUPT (pointed his finger in my face when I challenged his attitude, & when sliding my receipt to me, held it down firmly with his other hand so I couldn’t take it and demanded respect when he was the one who was rude). All the above statements are my opinion. My wife agreed with me."

"Good stop over place in Geelong before travelling down to great ocean road. Location is near enough to the city center but away from the noise and crowd. Great burger joint right by the motel too. Lift provided to transport luggages upstairs to rooms."

"This motel was good value for money. It has been nicely renovated and was very comfortable. The position was close enough for us to walk to the shops and there were plenty of eateries in walking distance. There was a microwave and a new fridge. Highly recommend staying here."

"Nice and peaceful location. Room was cool even though it was a very hot day so it wasn’t necessary to use aircon. Awesome mattress to sleep on - not too hard or too soft, perfect! Plenty of power points to charge devices, located at bedside as well as by dining table. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Pokie gaming in the evening was fun. We would definitely stay here again. "Geelong is a must-go town on the Ocean Road, and it is also the departure point for taking a boat to Tasmania Island. The BEST WESTERN brand is similar to the domestic Atour positioning. The service facilities are above the average. Parking is free and the parking space is enough. The hotel is in a good location. The room is much larger than expected. There is a balcony."

"The hotel reception was closed at 9pm, we arrived late, the hotel left the keys in the room and left us. The room is very spacious, the refrigerator and microwave oven should be fully equipped and the parking is convenient."
