Geelong Hotels with Balcony

The room is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The transportation is also convenient. The self-service key collection and return are convenient. There is also a common area with a stove. The sound insulation is a little poor. Overall, it is good.

Stayed as a family of 4, the apartment had enough space and a small balcony with a direct view of the Ferris wheel on the seaside. We loved the location of the hotel, especially the kids!

The environment of the manor is excellent, the proprietress has a great temperament, home appliances and facilities are all available, and the family breakfast is delicious. It is a little regrettable that the check-in time must be earlier. In addition, the address navigation seems to be not accurate enough. There is no street light in this area after dark, which caused me to get lost by driving. I also knocked on the door of the manor next door. It was very dangerous. The owner did not come out, and the dog did not bark at me.

(1) The front desk lady was incredibly condescending. She was clearly of Asian descent, but she looked at us with utter contempt the moment we walked in. Her attitude was completely impatient and rude, and she spoke to us in a superior tone, lacking any professional hotel etiquette. It was really uncomfortable to be discriminated against by another Asian person in Australia – seriously, what's up with that? 😅 Later, when we were leaving, we saw her being incredibly friendly to a Caucasian man, smiling and greeting him as soon as he entered, asking about his needs. What's that supposed to mean? 😅 I was happy until I saw her at the front desk, and then I just wanted to switch hotels. (2) The hotel also completely failed to inform us about the check-out time. It's completely different from the standard 12:00 PM check-out in China. We started getting knocks on our door at 8:00 AM, but no one spoke, so we thought it was a mistake. No one told us it was because we needed to check out. We weren't informed at all beforehand, which resulted in us being ordered to leave immediately. It was humiliating and offensive; we were almost kicked out and were charged an extra $50! ❗️ (3) The other hotel staff were very nice, and the Thai food at the hotel was also delicious 😋. The guests from other countries we met were also very friendly and polite. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the fried rice was exceptionally good.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this motel! The property has been newly renovated, and it truly shows. Everything was spotlessly clean, featuring beautiful new tiles and fresh, comfortable new carpet in the rooms. The highlight of our stay, however, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out so we could attend a graduation ceremony without dragging our bags along. Thank you so much for your hospitality—we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Good stop over place in Geelong before travelling down to great ocean road. Location is near enough to the city center but away from the noise and crowd. Great burger joint right by the motel too. Lift provided to transport luggages upstairs to rooms.

After hours check in was quick and easy. An email was sent with information on how to collect our keys, we were able to do so with no issues at all. Cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The park was quiet, we had no disturbances, definitely would recommend and would stay there again!

The hotel reception was closed at 9pm, we arrived late, the hotel left the keys in the room and left us. The room is very spacious, the refrigerator and microwave oven should be fully equipped and the parking is convenient.
