loved my experience here! stayed in the king suite and the room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. had the continental breakfast buffet (includes muffins, croissants, cereal, cured meat, fruits, eggs and barista made coffee, everything was yummy!) with wonderful service. 10/10 would come back if I'm around the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience for our family, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is a straight 15-minute walk from the station, though it's mostly cars zipping by and very few pedestrians. Geelong in winter can be quite warm when the sun's out, but it gets windy and a bit chilly on cloudy days. This isn't a big hotel; it's a two-story apartment building. Check-in is at 2 PM, but you can drop your luggage off at the front desk if you arrive early. I booked a one-bedroom apartment but was upgraded to a two-bedroom. It had a living room and dining area, complete with a microwave, oven, fridge, stove, and all sorts of pots, pans, and tableware. They even provided salt, pepper, and dish soap – a really thoughtful touch. There's also a washer and dryer, which is great for longer stays if you need to wash larger items. The appliances were different from what I'm used to back home, so it took a little time to figure out how to use them.

Staffs arr very kind and hospitable. They upgraded the room for us from ground floor to 9th floor and from the room we can see the sea. The unit is very well-equipped and comfortable. There are washer and dryer, fidge and freezer and dishwashee. It takes only 2-3 minutes walk to the sea and to Westfield Mall. In all we are so impressed with everything.

After hours check in was quick and easy. An email was sent with information on how to collect our keys, we were able to do so with no issues at all. Cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The park was quiet, we had no disturbances, definitely would recommend and would stay there again!

Good stop over place in Geelong before travelling down to great ocean road. Location is near enough to the city center but away from the noise and crowd. Great burger joint right by the motel too. Lift provided to transport luggages upstairs to rooms.

Geelong is a must-go town on the Ocean Road, and it is also the departure point for taking a boat to Tasmania Island. The BEST WESTERN brand is similar to the domestic Atour positioning. The service facilities are above the average. Parking is free and the parking space is enough. The hotel is in a good location. The room is much larger than expected. There is a balcony.

Service at front desk was exceptional - very accommodating. Room was very disappointing. Dirty tissues left in room, air conditioner did not work and it was a hot afternoon/evening, bathroom fan didn't work - only 1 of the lights in the bathroom lights/heater worked. I didn't expect 5 start but I expected a lot more than that. Loved the location but needs alot more care taken with the rooms
