Special mention goes to a female staff member (vivi) who prepared breakfast and coffee for the 7 of us after 9 o'clock even though we had not booked breakfast, which was very considerate.
Another male blond staff member, after learning that we needed to book a taxi to Apollo Bay, made multiple calls to book a taxi for us.
Picked us up at the hotel and was very helpful.
I recommend everyone to choose this motel when visiting Geelong.

This was a lovely place to stay for our road trip in Victoria and travelling to see Geelong and then the 12 Apostles. It was very modern, clean and a very comfortable stay.

I'm a Best Western member and stay at their properties wherever I can. This would be the case of the invisible host. Because I had a couple of issues that needed to be solved locally, I called the property 3 times over a couple of weeks, and in each case it diverted to Head Office Australia. Eventually, email responses only. Even on check out, no one was at the desk - just leave your room card in a slot. It is very impersonal and frustrating if you need to speak to someone at the property. The bed was very comfortable, pillows wonderful, clean, and basic amenities. Would I stay here again? Maybe not.
