Location not bad. Close to Singapore.
Services are not bad. All people are kind.
Breakfast is not so nice. But so far so good to me.
Some rooms TV is not working. Power sockets are not working. The water heater is not working. Door lock is not working. AC is hot ,_very loud and noisy.

The ratings were overrated, the 1st room at floor 11 was smelling
bad and stuffy plus the aircon was blowing hot wind, luckily they agreed to changed it, the 2nd room was just OK but the shower water was not strong enough n the room was really small.

Hotel looks quite new. Rooms nice. Ac a bit noisy. Breakfast is minimalistic but adequate. Open carpark. Will come again

The staff were all friendly. The room was simple but clean. The air conditioning was a bit weak. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's convenient to Legoland.

Room was average. TV keeps hanging, wifi was not stable and the toilet bowl waa dirty when we check in. A room change was conducted there after. Service was good with request met. Housekeeping should have checked prior to checking a guest in.

A bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel.
The front desk reception area was a bit dark and not welcoming. Maybe we arrived very late. The receptionist was not very energetic and helpful.
The air condition in the room made it very very difficult to sleep. Did not sleep well.
The room was not as clean as expected.
