Hotel ist massiv überteuert und ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen: dreckige Zimmer (viele Spinnweben, dreckiger Fußboden, Vergammelte Fugen in der Dusche,…), mangelhafter Service (Zimmerreinigung war nur jeden zweiten Tag und nur oberflächlich), Frühstück vielfältig, aber dafür nur billigste Qualität (Brötchen waren alt/nichtmal richtig aufgebacken, …),… Zimmer sind auf „stylisch“ gemacht, aber Einrichtung ist billig. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sehr unwohl. Für einen Preis von ca 100€/ Nacht einfach nur überteuert. Da ist manche Jugendherberge deutlich besser… werde bei nächsten Aufenthalten in Herten definitiv andere Hotels besuchen.

We, stel 55+, hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen zonder reservering. De 'junior suite' heeft een klein bijzettafeltje met 2 eetkamerstoelen en bureau met stoel. Het bed heeft heel veel synthetisch in matras en dekbed: een no go voor ons. De kamer is snikheet. Fraaie badkamer. De kamer kostte € 100 per nacht. Ach, we waren 'gered' maar komen wsch niet meer terug. Het ontbijt kost €12,50 p.p. en bestaat o.m, uit automaten koffie, voorverpakte croissants, sap uit pak. Snikhete eetruimte in kelder. Conclusie: ontbijt is veel te duur. Sauna is redelijk. VitalLounge raden wij aan een keuze maken: of sporten en wellnes of hotel. Als ze het willen blijven combineren dan ook volledig op elkaar afstemmen: dus weg met die troep bij het ontbijt. Wel fraaie update (die de puntjes op de i verdient).

War von der Firma aus in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Habe meine teure Camel-Jacke liegen lassen und Geld für die Zusendung überwiesen. Bis heute weder Jacke noch Geld zurückgekommen. Ansonsten auch sehr schlechter Service
