I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!!

Reception more than limited
When we booked I selected a suite for 4 people with 2 breakfasts (children do not have breakfast)
Arriving at the hotel we are charged an extra 160 euros for the children by making us pay for the children's breakfast.
Impossible to do otherwise
The welcome basket is made up of an apple!!! For a 4 star it’s more than limited… the sauna in the bathroom perfect… but impossible to stop it
No bathrobe to go down to the Spa
Hair dryer not working...
A doorman and a valet are available to customers in the hotel, we wait….. a few minutes but preference will go to the wealthiest customers of the hotel (a popular destination for travelers from the Middle East) we also have the 'I feel like the hotel is theirs!! Unfortunately no exchanges with its customers...

Wir haben auch das zweite mal super tolle Ferien in Ihrem Hotel verbracht. Das ganze Personal hat uns ganz toll verwöhnt. Der Traumhafte See, mit Hotel eigenem Strand wo auch Hunde das kühle Nass mit uns geniessen durften. Einmal mehr ein tolles unvergessliches Ferienerlebnis, wofür wir uns bei Allen herzlich Bedanken.

Dieses Hotel hat nicht nur eine einmalige Lage, sondern auch ein ausgezeichnetes Servicepersonal. Ich möchte hier gerne namentlich die junge Frau namens Simone erwähnen, die uns vom Einchecken bis zu unserer Heimreise hervorragend betreut hat und alle Wünsche erfüllt hat; ich hoffe, die Direktion dieses Hotels behält diese Mitarbeiterin noch lange, denn sie ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, der Frühstücksraum sehr geräumig und das Buffet bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt.

I like to read other TripAdvisor reviews. One review said this hotel was horrible. We loved it from the minute we arrived to the day we left it was great. All the staff from the cleaning staff to reception and the dining room staff made our holiday perfect. This hotel comes with a lake it's a 2 minute walk to the town, a half board gets you breakfast, 3.00 till 4.00pm gets you a snack (soup some meat dish and small cakes help yourself) dinner (or tea if you're English) 6.30pm comes the main act a 5 course meal. The room we had didn't come with AC, but we did have a fan and a lake view (329). Now, would we return a big YES!

Das Personal ist eine Katastrophe! Wollten einen Kaffee im Rosengarten trinken,wurden aber nicht bedient,obwohl der Kellner uns gesehen hat. Kaum waren "ARABISCHE" Gäste da,sind sie sofort bedient worden. So wird man als "Einheimischer" Gast bedient und man wird da wohl nicht erwünscht sein......Werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft meiden...allles nur auf ARABISCHE Gäste ausgelegt....Darf in solch einen Hotel nicht passieren....

Firstly the pro's: Staff are excellent - check in and out was very good both the check in lady and check out lady were professional and friendly. Bar staff - again excellent and friendly And of course Location location location - unbeatable. Con's - and these are minor- room was a bit dated (wellness room) and furniture could do with an overhaul. No mini bar but a fridge so you could stock yourself. And no in room iron / ironing board. But these are minor quibbles All in all highly recommended
