The apartment is new luxury clean,I got 3 bedrooms and it was 1 floor with terras, very near to train and center just walk 50 meter. I reconended for family. I got it from booking website but the owner advised me next time to get it from her it will be cheaper than booking.

Location is perfectly located next to the train station, walking distance to the ski slopes and cute village. Also, great communication pre checking in and during our stay. THANK YOU, WE WILL BE BACK!!

Another fabulous week at Viktoria Residence Seefeld, our second visit since we found this gem of a place last year. Centrally located with all the amenities needed for a home from home holiday. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, crockery etc. Bathrooms equally well equipped with modern shower and bath, separate WC, super fluffy white towels plentiful as was hot water and water pressure excellent. Super lounge and kitchen areas, bedrooms spacious and the whole apartment spotlessly clean. Host Anita and her son super helpful and friendly. Check in easy, undercover parking too, which is a bonus when loading and unloading luggage. Overall a superb holiday, thank you, we will be back. Our apartment was Top 9, and we have previously stayed in Top 11, both equally fabulous.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The apartment was very comfortable, clean and fresh, the host is very friendly and helpful Location was very handy, 2 minutes to centrum and just to cross the street to train station. Thanks Anita voor lovely stay

Fantastisch appartement! Van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim, zeer schoon, heerlijke bedden, werkelijk geweldig!! We kregen een gratis upgrade, genieten hoor. Gastvrouw ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen heel graag terug!

Seit einigen Jahren Verbringen wir hier unseren Winterurlaub. Die Wohnung verfūgt ūber alles was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht, alles is auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und es wird alles getan um Ihrer Aufenthalt so angenehm mõglich zu machen.

We stayed at the "A-VITA Living" building, the newer one. Apartment 12, very large apartment with enough space for everybody. Easy access indoor parking (equipped even with the chargers for the electric vehicles) Very centric location, just a few minutes walk from all the downtown restaurants and bars. The apartments are new, contemporary design, kind of glam look. While the all glass bathroom might look great, I admit it may not be for everybody due to the limited privacy.
