Chambre avec tapis taché fenêtres sales qui laissent passer tous les bruits de la route. Eau de pluie qui s'infiltre par le spot du plafond grosse fissure sur le mur extérieur Une nuit d'horreur pour 250 euros pour 2. Lorsque les clients parlent cinq étages plus bas a l'extérieur on les entend.

Read other reviews on pros and cons. Had a good idea on location of the hotel and were okay given our kids wanted a pool and gym. Was disappointed that we the gym had no fitness other than a treadmill and a yoga mat. Also laundry service was not available as that was another reason for our hotel selection. We managed to find a laundry place 13 mins away. Not bad. No traffic that is a big bonus. Grocery stores were near by. Hôtel had a sufficient activities for my tonnage boys. Like bowling, pool, snooker table and other gaming activities onsite. Staff are great, the gentlemen and restaurant manager is fantastic. We had drinks there while kids played. Didn’t dine there except for breakfast which is also good. Room is clean and very spacious. We had the 2 bedroom family suit it was perfect for family of 4. Free parking was a plus and we took Uber to Lyon city centre for sightseeing and dinning. Very convenient - love Uber service.

Super séjour dans un cadre reposant. Personnel disponible et agréable. Restaurant remarquable , plats frais et cuisinés avec soins. Chambre très propre et décorée avec goût. Grand parking et piscine extérieur qui n’était pas disponible quand nous sommes venus en avril.

Cet hôtel est magnifique, je ne comprends vraiment pas les critiques négatives. La nourriture est digne d’un quatre étoiles, tous les plats sans exception étaient excellents. La chambre d’hôtel était parfaite, et le ménage tout autant. Rien à redire sur l’accueil. À part vivre dans un château de roi soi-même, je ne sais pas ce qu’on peut reprocher à cet hôtel qui offre les meilleurs services. Personnellement j’en garderai un souvenir très bon merci à toute l’équipe.

Hôtel exceptionnel : très calme, bien isolé, chambre extra propre, bonne équipe : salariés souriants, discrets, disponibles avec rapidité et très prévenants, nourriture très fine en goût et en texture bravo au cuisinier, la décoration est soignée que ce soit dans vos assiettes, dans votre chambre. La salle de jeux est très détendante, les petites pauses du matin et apm sont succulentes. Les salles de travail sont très faciles d’accès avec des salariés qui sont toujours là quand vous avez besoin. Le directeur ne se cache pas au contraire très présent, quant au responsable du restaurant accroche son meilleur sourire pour que vous soyez choyés aux petits oignons ! Bravo à cet hôtel : une semaine de travail et de plaisir. Je n’ai rien trouvé à redire à l’hôtel GATSBY de Chassieu et recommande expressément.
