The hotel is a very professional and a great week of empathy. My room at the eighth floor an impressive view of Geneva the water jet the Alps of pure happiness Cerise on the cake the rich and varied breakfast Swiss and high quality products and Bio I will quote Maylick and Noémie to the small care. I'm a custom of this hotel and I'll return to my next stay in Geneva. I recommend it very strongly.

Excellent hotel and service. It’s located almost opposite to the main Genève railway station, and near to the Lake and old town (you can walk or take the tram from outside the station by using your free Geneva pass, which the hotel will send you via email). Very friendly and helpful staff.

We were 2 adults and one child and this was mentioned very clearly at the time of booking. I was told in the reception that booking says 3 adults and they changed it to 2A & 1 C. Room given to us had 2 twin sharing beds, which left us with no space to even open the luggage’s and 2 adults were not able to share that bed. Staff attitudes were terrible 1. Room (307) was cold for us and asked for help to increase the temperature and the staff who came said, we can’t increase the temperature above 23 degrees. He said they can give heater, I said ok and asked if there is any additional cost. He asked if we’re from India and was laughing. He came back and left the heater outside the room and made a sarcastic statement “it’s free, use it” and was laughing saying Indians. When I tried to stop him, he didn’t even bother and walked away laughing. He just left the heater outside and went. 2. In the morning, I asked to pack 2 croissants as we didn’t have time to have breakfast and need to rush and I was told, we can’t do and you should eat here only. I had to tell them it’s weird and then they gave me a very small cover which could not even accommodate 2 small croissants. I have stayed in Novotel in other countries and never had such a worst experience. I would never stay in this property again during my next visit. Stay here definitely didn’t leave a happy memories for my family.

I liked this hotel. Good location, 7 minutes or so from the central train station (which we walked to every day) and 2 blocks from Lake Geneva. It is is the ”new” part of town, not Old Town, but it was simple to get to the old part of town--we walked over there twice, including return in the evening after dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very modern feel, and the room was a good sized compared to what we’ve seen in other European cities (but it was also a bit more expensive). Breakfast was good. Three choices: Continental, Buffet without eggs and hot food, and Full Buffet. Not cheap but consistent with the prices we’ve seen in other hotels. No U.S. plugs; didn’t expect them. We didn’t have an ironing board in our room, but upon request, one was quickly brought to us, and we kept it throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, 4 pillows, but as in many northern European hotels, only a comforter, no top sheet. It's possible we could have gotten one upon request--I didn't try. Our room did have a table and two chairs, as well as a nice TV, which we didn’t use, so can’t really report on that. We were on the 5th floor, room 58. The only issue with this room is that it is in kind of a dormer, I think; on my (6’3”) husband’s side of the bed, the ceiling sloped down low so that if he wasn’t paying attention, he would hit his head when he stood up. Also, as a dormer, the window is small, but that really didn’t matter to us. The A/C worked. The room had an interesting design. The toilet was in a separate room with a sink. The closet was in the entry, across from the bar; it was not large but did have several open shelves you could use. There was coffee, tea and water and a small number of snacks available. The bathroom (other than toilet), including the large shower, was open to the bedroom; however, there were “partition” type door/walls you could use when you were talking a shower for privacy and warmth. I hadn't seen anything like it. It’s a little hard to explain, but it made the room feel a little bigger, while allowing plenty of privacy while showering. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located next to the station and it's very easy to get there. Also, there are stores, restaurants and even a small market at the station, so you can have easily everything you need. The staff is great, always ready to help the guests. I had a very good time at Le Montbrillant.

It's so easy to write a review when the issues identified in the review of a previous stay last year remain uniformly the same. And since the hotel at that time wrote, ”you can be assured that your remarks will be discussed with our team so that your next visit will give you complete satisfaction”, but obviously did nothing, it seems fair to deduct another star from the rating. It's a pity, but I don't see why the blatant lie should be overlooked. So, copying word-for-word from my last review, ”almost all [problems] concerned breakfast, where the potatoes were tough and dry, where the buffet included no fish products (no lox, no hering, no whitefish) and no mushrooms, where the selection of bread was like that of a two- or at most three-star hotel.” Yes, it's exactly the same now as it was then. There are no other significant deficiencies at this property, overlooking the fact that it is a bit dated overall (though in good shape as far as I could see). Positives include: - Breakfast open from 05:45, this already sets the hotel apart - Gym fully equipped and open 24 hours; there is even apparently a pool - Room was large, with both a bathtub and a shower stall - Easily walkable from the airport (signage not perfect in a couple of spots) - Executive lounge food selection in the evening not very inspiring, just managed to be adequate Really, the hotel should address the deficiencies related to breakfast AND not dishonestly imply that you're going to but then fail to.

Located on the left bank of Geneva, it is within a 10-minute walk from the lake, the Grand Theater, and the commercial street. The transportation is also convenient, and it is very convenient to go to the museums. The room is small, not suitable for staying in the room for a long time.

The hotel indicates a room for one person, if two people (including children) need to add 75 Swiss francs per person, the room is not big, but it is exquisite, the key location is particularly good, you are the main scenic area of Geneva, turn right and you can take the 8 bus Take the Jiuzhan Road to reach the Palais des Nations, and at the same time, there is a shopping mall outside the hotel. The hotel is a dozen minutes away from Cornawan Station. Compared to other hotels of the same level in the city, the location of Mandarin Oriental makes me feel more quiet and comfortable. The staff at the hotel’s gates have a very good service attitude and have helped many things. The front desk is also very welcoming. During the epidemic, the room also provided two anti-epidemic bags with gloves, masks and disinfectants. The hotel also gave small cakes when checking in. The hotel’s bathrobes and bedding are very comfortable, for people who adjust for jet lag. It is very comfortable.

The hotel is very historical. The location is directly opposite Lake Geneva. Compared to similarly located five-star hotels, the price is a bit advantageous, and the service staff is very nice. Breakfast usually starts at 6:30. Check-in is a superior room. You can add money when you check in to a room where you can see the lake view. Generally, you go out for sightseeing, so you can go out and watch the lake view. It is said that this hotel also has one in Lausanne, you can try again, and the overall feeling is very good
