"Quite limited selection in buffet breakfast. Hotel room very tight it was a bit hard to move around the room even though we only have two small hand-carry luggage. Handy location to tram to city centre and close to airport (only 18mins bus to airport from hotel)."

"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Warwick. The location is truly unbeatable, with the train station just a few steps away—perfect for easy and convenient travel around the city. We were also pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to help with a warm attitude. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a cozy space to relax after a long day. "You can spot the hotel sign right from the train station, which makes it super easy to find. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the stay itself was great. The room was fully equipped, very comfortable, and relaxing. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the vibe was really good?"

"The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus service to and from the airport is super convenient. They also provide Geneva city transport tickets. On New Year's Eve, the front desk even gave out Alipay red packets which could be used for purchases, and the service was excellent. It was a bit difficult to open two suitcases in the room, and there was a strange noise coming from somewhere in the room."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, we did not find a receptionist, then he left one of the rooms and was apparently eating. At midnight around 12:30 am the man or woman who is staying above the room was knocking hard on the floor and then someone who we believe was the same man came down to knock on the door violently, the television was with a regular volume, which means that the rooms do not have sufficient noise insulation. The colors of the walls are super dark. The experience was not good."

"We were upgraded by Trip.com to the AppartCity the day before as our original hotel was fully booked. Although the AppartCity was slightly further from Geneva Airport the bus service was excellent with buses about every 20 mins. We had a Superior grade apartment with kitchen and roof terrace. Very comfortable room and beds. We had the breakfast in the morning and it was excellent with a choice of cooked breakfast, cold meats and cheese, continental breakfast. It was also excellent. The hotel also provides a free bus travel card for the duration of your stay and we used it to get into Geneva. Again good regular service. Excellent location. Great hotel"

"We booked a delux king bedroom with a sofa bed but didn’t receive the room we originally booked. The hairdryer didn’t work. So I had to call for a new one that they delivered an hour later. The hotells spa was really great as it’s free access to the pool, sauna , steam room and jacuzzi. (No hotspring available as said on the website). Good hotell shuffle bus service to the airport! Would absolutely stay again!"

"The room facilities were decent, and the room itself was clean and hygienic. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very friendly and efficient with check-ins. The breakfast was good, and the transportation nearby was convenient. Its proximity to the airport also makes it very easy for arrivals and departures."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was very clean. We originally booked for three people, with one double bed and a sofa. When we got in, we saw the double bed was quite large, and they also helped set up a sofa bed. Later, we even asked the hotel for a public transport card."
