Nessuno mi ha accompagnato in camera , Letti singoli piccolissimi ho chiesto di avere il matrimoniale unendo i due lettini mi hanno detto che il personale era già andato via alle 18:30 !! Ho chiesto un caricatore x Ioad mi hanno detto di andare a chiederlo al loro Hotel accanto penso che avrebbero potuto e dovuto chiamare loro x chiedere e se lo avevano recuperarlo mi hanno detto che avrei potuto facilmente acquistarlo la mattina dopo !! Spero domani mattina nel Breakfast !!

Everything, the place and the people all great. I really enjoyed to stay in. The room very comfortable, the room service timing excellent, and not to mention the food, that was exquisite. I also had the opportunity of having meals from both of your restaurants, and was a very nice experience.

A localização é o grande destaque do hotel, pois é muito próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e de compras. O quartos são muito pequenos e simples. Neste sentido precisariam de melhor refinamento e estrutura para compensar o tamanho. O café da manhã não é ruim, mas é simples e poderia ter mais opções. Com excessão de alguns funcionários mais simpáticos da recepção, a equipe é fria e protocolar. O hotel não possui academia em sua estrutura, mas disponibiliza o acesso a uma excelente academia a cerca de 250 metros. Mesmo sendo um hotel 4 estrelas, acredito que poderia tem uma melhoria muito grande no atendimento a seus hóspedes, caso fizesse pequenos ajustes.

The room was to small, there was no iron in the room, and I wish I had been able to turn off the extractor fan in the bathroom as it made a lot of noise. But all the rest was very good and confortable

This hotel is a bit of a gem in the city center of Geneva. Recently re-done, the rooms are quite comfortable with modern amenities and well placed outlets. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. You get quiet comfort right in the middle of the bustling city, Two things to note of the hotel (otherwise I would have given a 5 Star) - There is no on property gym, instead they send you to a local health club 2 minutes away - There is no bar on site, but there is a bar at their sister hotel right next door

Off the busy main traffic road, tucked on a pedestrian zone, right where it’s lovely to walk and shop and sightsee, this location cannot be beat. The hotel itself is charming, the rooms lovely, the beds very comfortable, the decor scrumptious. I loved this hotel for a place to stay in Geneva.
