My experience wasn’t like what I expected or meets the level of mandarin oriental , the force my to share my data and sign in to get access to the WIFI they said it’s ether with some charges or I sign , AC wasn’t working well all the time , toilet cream, acceptable needs things wasn’t provided till I asked for it .

Except for the service attitude of the staff, everything else is unacceptable. First of all, it is an unremarkable building located in an unremarkable place. The road on the left is a slope, dark and dirty. When you walk into the hotel, you feel that the space is small. The room is very small, with a small glass table and a mini simple table for tea bags. The bed is also small. The breakfast room is even more disappointing. The location is far from the lake area. In short, it is not worth the price.

Bad review. I have never stayed in such a bad Mandarin. The deluxe king room faces the manhole and has no view at all. No one cleans the room, saying that the room is full and they are too busy. The service is completely unacceptable.

The hotel is not facing Lake Geneva, but by a river. The advantage is that it is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle and you can sleep well! The hotel is in a great location. It's a 2-minute walk from the famous Rue Rhône. Just turn left when you go out. It's closer than the Ritz-Carlton. The room is a bit small, but the service is also super good. The services of both hotels are super good. Breakfast is a buffet, including porridge, tea eggs and fried dough sticks, which is not bad.

The location of Mandarin Geneva is very convenient. The most satisfying thing is the lake view room. The river is visible through the window. The air in the morning is pleasant and very comfortable. Later, I chose a suite when I stayed, but it was not as comfortable as a lake view room, so I must see the room type clearly. The hotel has Japanese materials, and the products are not bad, you can try it. The gym is simple and doesn't have a lot of equipment, but the sauna is a highlight. If you run or walk too much, it is still very comfortable to take a sauna. I experienced the hotel spa service, which is also quite good. Can try.
