The location of the hotel is very good, very suitable for traveling, but it is a little difficult to find. The interior of the hotel is very clean, the reception staff is very welcoming, and the living facilities are complete

Located out of the main area.
Room not ready on arrival.
Room small and unclean- hotel unwilling and unsympathetic to offer resolution, asked trip.com for hotel move request but not facilitated.
Moved on second night- affirming the substandard first night.

The room is smaller than expected, the environment is okay, the sanitation is considered clean, and the attitude of the waiter is OK! But the facilities are not up to standard. There are only two large towels and a floor towel, which are useless even if you want to take a shower. In addition, there are no drinking cups and kettles. Just eat well. Another thing to praise is the convenient transportation. The hotel is only 5 to 6 minutes walk to the Geneve train station.
