酒店位置佳，離周邊景點很近，從酒店門口出來過馬路就能拍攝日內瓦標誌性景點-大噴泉。早餐點餐現做，感覺很好，也好吃。晚餐品種多樣，服務熱情。

這種老牌的絕對景觀的酒店其實并不是理想的享受五星級酒店服務的地方。因為酒店因人而異的服務態度感覺很不舒服和顯示出他們的不專業和沒有地球人的同理心，這，很遺憾！所謂的文明和優質在他們身上露出許多狹隘的地方文化。這和瑞士-聯合國所在地很不相襯！也不中立！

Excellent location
I hope the staff clearly explain the hidden expenses, the receptionist upgraded our room and she mentioned it is 520 CF for the whole stay which was not true at the final bill.

Le Beau Rivage Genève est de toute beauté, l'hôtel a vraiment une âme et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le design, la propreté et l'emplacement de notre chambre. Nous tenons sincèrement à saluer le professionnalisme du housekeeping et du room-service, Thibault était très souriant.

I recently visted Geneva in connection with Watches and Wonders. I had not heard of the Beau-Rivage and came upon it by accident due to a business meeting. As a result, my review stems from my interaction with the staff while visiting and not because I was a guest: I needed assistance during my visit and was wow'ed by the professional courtesy and friendliness of the reception staff even as I highlighted that I was not a guest. They went out of their way to help and when I asked the concierge - Clara - for a dinner recommendation after my meeting, she went so far as to make arrangements. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are clearly execeptionally well-trained and naturally warm toward guests and visitors, to the extent that I felt compelled to write this review. On my next visit to Geneva I will make the Hotel Beau-Rivage my home away from home.
