Good location. They didn’t accept coins when it tried to pay extra for the mini bar. Gym very small, with 3 people it was crowded

You can see the Matterhorn. The room is comfortable and there are yoga mats provided.

It's basically okay. It really can't be measured by domestic 4-star standards. It's worse than domestic ones. The breakfast is also not good. To be honest, I can only adjust my mentality and inner standards. Ha ha

Room transportation is convenient, room is small

I booked a "superior room" on Ctrip, 4,105 RMB for two nights. When I booked, Ctrip wrote that this room has a balcony, street view, and lake view (see screenshot for details). But when I actually checked in at the hotel, it was a small room with no balcony, nor any street view or lake view, which was very crowded. There is a large window, but outside the window is a large roof of an inner pavilion, and there is no view. I explained the situation to the front desk. The front desk said it was a problem with Ctrip's agent. This room has no balcony and view. So I added another 187 euros for a room with a balcony. Hotel service is very good. The floor of the room is a bit dated, but it's okay. But what Ctrip wrote about "Chinese breakfast", street view, balcony, lake view, all did not exist. Speechless! real!
