Incredible stay. Lovely hotel close to the lake and wonderful staff. Pierre was so good on the desk. Room spotless and modern.
The restaurant was fun and meal was superb, as was swiss music. A must!! I had a very nice stay with my mum.

Hotel Edelweiss was a nice welcome to Geneva. After a long flight, we were able to check in at 9 am for a small fee. We had a room for 3 people with windows on the inner courtyard so it was very quiet at night. The room was slightly beaten up with chips in the wood, but I think that is just what happens with that sort of decor. The hotel is not on the same side of the river as Old Town, but we loved that. We were not in a touristy neighborhood and it was nice to discover the cafes, restaurants, and markets used by the locals. There are lots of great places to eat around here and a Sunday Market right outside of the hotel. Excellent gelato and Vietnamese food/bubble tea across the street.

Accueil très sympathique.
Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée. Décoration montagnarde chaleureuse. Dans la chambre, on quitte la ville pour se retrouver dans une ambiance typique des sommets.
Hôtel proche du lac à pieds.
Pas de parking sur place.

This property has really nice decor, cozy ambiance and staff were very helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are modern but small. If you are tall, the shower in our room would not have worked for you. This varies by room as our second room, the shower height was fine. Restaurant food and service was very good. Location was convenient to the lake but it was loud outside at night as there is a pub open until 5am near by. We heard people screaming outside on the street at 3am. Also, you can smell the cheese fondue throughout the reception - if you are sensitive to smells or not a fan of the smell of cheese, this will bother you. The elevator is also very small but this is common in Switzerland. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
